That’s why, at Rose Creek, we follow a standards checklist that continuously produces a smooth building process, as well as an impeccable house at the end.

PLAN

We want to get to know you. Your goals, your lifestyle, your schedule, your budget, everything. Do you office from home? Love the outdoors? Entertain a lot? Need a workshop? Every question we ask helps us get a better understanding of what you need and don't need in a home design.

DESIGN

Our role is to act as your personal construction consultant. Collaborating with you helps home in on the scope of the project, the schedule and the budget. We dial in the perfect design for your project. This process is all about the details and will leave you with an in-depth understanding of exactly what you should expect through the process, from pre-construction to your move in.

BUILD

Be as involved as you like during the build. This is your home! We will work with you to provide realistic expectations throughout the project and invite you to be a part of regular meetings and job site visits. Not to worry if that's not for you. Our home contractor will regularly update you with pictures of the build, as well as schedule changes. Clear communication is our top priority.

ENJOY

While the whole process of building with Rose Creek Homes will be enjoyable, moving in is without a doubt the best part! Relax and enjoy the product you helped make. Also be rest assured that this isn't where the process ends with Rose Creek Homes. We stand by our product and will follow up with you to see if there is anything we can do to make your home the most enjoyable.
