THE FARM
The story of Rose Creek Homes starts on a quiet stretch of land in Reynolds, Nebraska, where Rose Creek winds through a farm that’s been in the family for over 100 years. Just down the road—about 10 miles—is Fairbury, where Saturday trips for groceries often ended with a pack of Fairbury hot dogs, a local favorite that became a childhood staple. The real turning point, though, came about 20 years ago when we decided to build a small cabin on the farm. It wasn’t fancy—just a humble project with my dad, brother, uncle, and a few close friends—but something about swinging that first hammer lit a fire in me. From that moment on, I was hooked. I started collecting tools, picking up small jobs, and chasing the feeling of building something from nothing. That spark eventually grew into Rose Creek Homes—a name that honors where it all began.

RYAN Beachler
Ryan was born and raised in Omaha and is a proud graduate of UNO. Unlike many in the industry, he didn’t grow up in a construction family—he chose this path out of a genuine passion for building. Over the years, Ryan has worn just about every hat on a job site, and you’ll still find him hands-on today—framing, trimming, siding, laying flooring, landscaping, or simply pitching in wherever needed. His deep connection to the craft and his hometown drives everything he does.

Ryan’s better half, Allison, is the heart behind Rose Creek Homes. From day one, she’s supported the dream and helped turn it into a reality—we truly wouldn’t be here without her. Their daughter, Reagan, is already following in their footsteps. While she’s just learning to swing a hammer, she’s quickly becoming an expert in quality control!
